We evaluate marketing materials for a range of customer touchpoints, including direct mail, print, TV and other Above the Line communications. We test how well understand a campaign is, which can include comprehension of risk or financial outcomes. We can segment our audience to match the campaign's target audience.

Supporting vulnerable customers
We can evaluate the behaviour of some groups of vulnerable customers and assess ways to improve their outcomes. For example, we can test ways to improve outcomes for groups with lower basic skills, to increase savings behaviour or reduce problem credit card use.

Employee comprehension of products & services
We can evaluate employee comprehension of existing and new products and services and test ways it could be improved. We can use a sample of employees to test detailed comprehension or we can use participants external to the organisation.​
